Smoothies are a great way to add fiber and greens to your diet. This smoothie is packed with nutrition and has a whopping 6 grams of fiber.
1/4 cup homemade almond milk
1/4 cup pasture raised cream or an additional 1/4 cup almond milk for vegan and dairy free
1/4 large or 1/2 small frozen banana, sliced
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 heaping tsp. date paste or 1 tsp. raw honey
1 heaping cup raw spinach
1/4 cup ice
Blend all ingredients except for the avocado until smooth. Add the avocado and blend on low to medium until creamy and well combined.
