This is one of my favorite sweet smoothies. While not low carb, it’s packed with nutrients and oh boy does it taste good.
1/4 cup grass fed cream or homemade almond milk
1/4 cup orange Kombucha
1 small orange, peeled and quartered
1/8 tsp. orange zest
1/2 small or 1/4 large ripe banana, frozen and sliced
1 inch slice peeled raw sweet potato
1 tsp. vanilla
1-2 drops liquid stevia (optional)
1/2 cup ice
Blend until smooth.
note: this recipe may require a high speed blender like a Vitamix to obtain a smooth consistency.
