This dip is a hit with everyone who’s tried it so far from kids to picky adults. It really is delicious!
1 1/4 cup cashew sour cream
4 Tbsp. minced fresh flat leaf parsley
2 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
2 Tbsp. minced fresh green onion
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp. raw honey
1/4 tsp. fine sea salt or Himalayan salt
1/4 tsp. fresh cracked pepper
Whisk together all ingredients with a fork until well combined. Enjoy with raw veggies, roasted potatoes, or potato chips made with a healthy fat like avocado or coconut oil.
